Skitch Prints is your creative co-pilot for preserving memories. We keep your data safe, use it responsibly, and explain things in plain language. This policy covers our websites and services at skitchprints.com and skinnyfishcreative.com, our retail locations, and our customer communications (email and SMS).

We collect the info needed to make and deliver your prints, support your account, and keep you updated.
We don’t sell your personal information.
Your photos are yours. We use them only to make your order (and related quality checks) unless you tell us otherwise.
For SMS order updates, you opt in, can opt out anytime, and we don’t share your mobile info for marketing.
You’re in control—update preferences, access, or request deletion by contacting us.
What We Collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device, and from our service partners (like payment processors and shipping carriers).
Information you provide
Contact & account: name, email, phone, mailing/billing addresses, login details.
Orders & projects: items ordered, print sizes/materials, project names, notes.
Images & content: photos/files you upload, metadata necessary to produce the order.
Communications: messages to support, preferences (e.g., email/SMS consent).
Payment information
We use a secure payment processor. We don’t store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Automatically collected
Device/browser details, IP address, general location (city/region), and site usage (pages viewed, actions)—used to run, secure, and improve our sites. Cookies and similar tech help with things like keeping you signed in and saving your cart.
How We Use Information
Make and deliver your order: process payment, produce prints, package and ship or stage for pickup.
Account & customer support: order history, reorders, troubleshooting, and service updates.
Order status updates: email/SMS notifications you opted into (e.g., order received, in production, ready, shipped/delivered, delays).
Quality & safety: fraud prevention, security, and quality control checks.
Site improvements & analytics: understand what’s working so we can make it smoother and faster.
Legal compliance: tax, accounting, and lawful requests.
We do not use your uploaded images for advertising without your explicit permission.
SMS Program & 10DLC Disclosures

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may use a trusted messaging provider (e.g., an SMS gateway) solely to deliver messages on our behalf. That provider does not use your mobile info for its own marketing.

Upon checkout you have the option to opt-in to receive messages about your order, and can opt-out at any time.
When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share only as needed to run our business and fulfill your requests:
Service providers: payment processing, printing/production systems, shipping/carriers, cloud hosting, analytics, and messaging delivery.
Legal & safety: to comply with law, protect our rights, or prevent fraud/abuse.
Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer under the same privacy commitments.
We do not share text-message opt-in data or consent for marketing or promotional use.
Your Photos & Projects
Your photos are used to produce your order and for related quality checks. You’re in control:
Download or delete: contact us if you want us to remove stored project files after fulfillment.
Retention: we keep order records as required by law and for support/reorder convenience. Image file retention is minimized and tied to order support unless you ask us to keep projects longer (e.g., for easy reorders).
Your Choices & Rights
Email: unsubscribe via the link in our emails or contact support.
SMS: reply STOP to any message to opt out; HELP for help.
Cookies: manage in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
Access, update, delete: email hello@skitchprints.com and we’ll help.
US State privacy rights: if you’re in a state with specific privacy rights (e.g., CA/CO/CT/VA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or to limit certain uses. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We’ll verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we’ll remove it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access and promptly address issues.
Data Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Image files are retained only as described above.
International Visitors
Our services are operated in the United States. If you use them from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S., where laws may differ from those in your country.

If we make material changes, we’ll post an update here and adjust the effective date. If a change meaningfully affects how we use your information, we’ll provide additional notice and choices as required.
